It’s not just about perks and ping-pong

Great Place to Work Certified badge for the UK, valid from June 2025 to June 2026

You won’t find flashy perks or forced team bonding exercises here. What you will find is a team that genuinely looks out for each other, a culture built on trust (not micromanagement), and the space to do meaningful work without needing to put on a show.

There’s room to grow, space to speak up, and flexibility to make work fit around real life. Whether someone’s deep in a sprint, juggling client needs, or just coming back from a school run, we’ve built an environment where people feel supported, not stretched thin.

And yes, there are biscuits. Always biscuits.

Whether someone’s working from home or commuting into the office, the sense of trust and team spirit stays the same.

How we keep it real

We’re big believers in getting the basics right. That means good communication, proper recognition, and genuinely listening when someone says “this bit isn’t working”. It also means being transparent about challenges, not pretending everything’s perfect, and making space for people to shape how we work.

We use tools like Officevibe to gather regular feedback, check in on wellbeing, and spark team-led initiatives. Some of our best ideas (and occasional worst puns) have come directly from these team conversations.

It’s also how we know we’re not done yet. Being a great place to work is something you work at, not something you put on a mug and forget about.

Why it matters

It’s not just a feel-good moment. When our team thrives, our work does too. Happy, supported people build better digital products, ask sharper questions, and bring more creativity into every sprint.

It also helps us attract brilliant people - developers, designers, managers, strategists, and marketers who want to do meaningful work without burning out. And in a market where talent is everything, that’s not something we take for granted.

Come work with us?

We’re always happy to hear from people who share our values and love solving tricky digital problems. If you're curious about how we work, what kind of people you'll find here, or just want a peek behind the curtain, start here: meet the team and explore life at Versantus

If you’re wondering what it’s like to work with us (not just at Versantus), here’s how we deliver projects that don’t just launch - they last.

And if you’re a client or partner reading this, thanks for helping us create the kind of work we’re proud of. Being a great place to work isn’t just about what happens inside the (virtual or real) office. It’s also about the people we work with every day.
