Supporting Oxfordshire Homeless Movement’s campaign for women, we worked closely with OHM to create a powerful poster signposting help to those who need it most. A quick turnaround, a big impact, and a project that truly mattered.

Poster for Oxfordshire Homeless Movement's campaign to support women living with homelessness

There’s no shortage of big projects on the go at Versantus, but when Oxfordshire Homeless Movement (OHM) asked for support with their campaign for women facing homelessness, we found space on the calendar. Our designer Dan stepped up, juggling a hefty to-do list to create a poster for OHM’s latest initiative — providing support for women who are at risk on Oxford’s streets.

It’s a hard truth, but women who are homeless face unique risks. Some have lost their homes through domestic abuse, some through poor health or money troubles. The streets are dangerous, and OHM is a local charity making a difference by offering food, shelter, healthcare, and opportunities to get back on track. If you haven’t come across their work before, it’s worth a look: OHM’s women’s campaign.

Dan worked closely with Yvonne from the OHM team to make sure the poster hit the right note. It’s designed to be bold, clear, and practical — something that speaks directly to women who need help and points them straight to support.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You have been amazing

Yvonne Pinner, OHM

A quick turnaround, a lasting impact

Design isn’t just about how things look. In this project, it was about helping the right people see help is available. We’re glad to be able to lend our design skills to a campaign that matters — and to support OHM’s work in Oxford.
