Our appointment to G-Cloud 15 (RM1557.15) runs from 6 August 2026 to 5 August 2030 and covers:
- Lot 2b - Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Lot 3 - Cloud Support Services (Additional Services)
What does that actually mean?
Every agency will tell you it does good work. We say it too, on our own website. But it’s important that this isn’t just our words. Which is why we're proud to be named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency's RM1557.15 G-Cloud 15 framework .
G-Cloud is a Crown Commercial Service framework designed to help public-sector organisations procure cloud software and support services through an established, compliant route.
If the name Crown Commercial Service is more familiar, that's the same organisation. CCS was combined with several Cabinet Office central commercial teams to form GCA on 1 April 2026, and existing frameworks carried over unchanged.
It's worth being clear that this isn't only for central government. G-Cloud is used across the public sector: local authorities, NHS bodies, schools, colleges and universities, emergency services, devolved administrations and central government departments. Our appointment means all of those organisations can access our eligible services through the Digital Marketplace, as they have done under previous iterations of the framework.
If you've worked in the public sector, you'll know how much of a project's early energy goes into procurement rather than delivery. The framework is there to reduce that, so teams can get moving and start delivering value sooner.
What this means for public-sector organisations
Once our services are live on the Digital Marketplace, public-sector organisations will be able to procure our eligible SaaS products and cloud support services through G-Cloud 15.
The appropriate procurement process will depend on the organisation and its requirements, but the framework provides an established route for finding and engaging framework suppliers.
Under Lot 2b, our appointment covers the software-as-a-service products we build and support.
Under Lot 3, it covers cloud support services including architecture, integration, governance, platform support, and helping organisations plan, deliver and evolve their digital services over time.
What our appointment covers
We think it is important to be clear about the scope of our appointment.
Versantus has been appointed under Software as a Service (Lot 2b) and Cloud Support Services (Lot 3). It does not include Cloud Hosting, which falls under a separate lot.

Why it matters to us
We've worked with public-sector organisations for a long time, on digital services that people rely on every day. Those projects come with constraints you don't get elsewhere: accessibility standards that aren't optional, users who have no alternative if the service fails them, and budgets that have to be justified to someone. We like that!
Another four years on G-Cloud means we can continue working closely with public-sector organisations, and those we already work with have a clear route to carry on. Once our services are live on the Digital Marketplace, public-sector teams looking for software, cloud support or technical expertise will find us where they'd expect to.
